Job Summary Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Home Health is sought for a position based in Portland, Oregon. This role involves providing skilled occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a home health setting. The selected candidate must hold an Oregon license and bring at least one year of Skilled Home Health Experience. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment. The position is scheduled for 8‑hour days, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Job Details Location: Portland, Oregon Shift: 8‑hour days (Minimum 40 hours per week) Required Qualifications: Valid Oregon license; at least 1 year of Skilled Home Health Experience; BCLS certification; ability to work 8‑hour daytime shifts; experience with Electronic Patient Record (EPIC) for Home Health, Rover, and Oasis. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with acute care, Activities of Daily Living, Biofeedback, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Edema Massage, Electrical Stimulation, Feeding Techniques, TENS, Ultrasound, Arthritis program, Hand Injury, Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement, Soft Tissue Injuries, Knee Injuries and Total Knee Replacement, Above knee prosthetics, Below knee prosthetics, Dynamic splints, Functional splints, Orthoplast, Serial/Inhibitory, Static splints, Upper extremity prosthetics. Schedule: 8 hours per day, Dayshift, starting 07/13/2026 Additional Information: Candidate must have reliable transportation. The position may involve travel within a maximum radius of approximately 60 miles per day, with grouping of clients to minimize drive time.
