This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams — translating business needs into actionable solutions while leveraging strong Oracle and SQL skills alongside Agile delivery experience. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of hands-on expertise across the full business analysis lifecycle, from requirements elicitation through solution design and performance reporting.What You'll DoElicit and analyze business needs by engaging stakeholders and capturing detailed, structured requirementsAnalyze data to surface actionable insights that guide decision-making, and produce detailed reportsPartner with development teams to design and implement business solutionsConduct research and prepare proof-of-concept documents, including roadmaps for performanceImplement tools to measure and report on service outcomesManage work using Agile methodology and JIRA across project development and service deliveryWrite basic code and SQL queries against Oracle databases to support analysis and reportingCollaborate across cross-functional teams to align business processes with technical solutionsRequired Qualifications· 11+ years working across multiple SDLC projects in an Agile environment · 11+ years in Requirement Gathering & Analysis — eliciting and analyzing business needs through stakeholder engagement · 11+ years in Data Analysis & Reporting — turning data into insights that guide decision-making · 11+ years in Solution Design & Implementation, partnering with development teams · 11+ years conducting research, preparing proof-of-concept documents and performance roadmaps, and implementing tools to measure and report on service outcomes · 11+ years using Agile Methodology and JIRA for project development and service delivery · 11+ years with analytical tools such as SharePoint and MS OfficeProficient in fundamental SQL queriesProficient with OracleAbility to write basic codeProfessional SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong understanding of business processes and industry best
