Overview: Location: 6330 N Fir Rd, Granger, IN 46530 Position: Licensed Practical Nurse Pay: $33-$35 Shift: 7am - 7pm, 7pm - 7am Job Type: Full Time and PRN Up to $5000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Employees! Full benefits and PTO provided for Full Time employees $2 shift differential for working night shift! Wages On-Demand – early access before pay day Holiday Pay Supplemental Schedule: Holiday Pay Flexible Scheduling Must haves from you to be a LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state. Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred. Passionate about working with the elderly. What your day to day looks like as a LPN: Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers. Responsible for evaluating up to 133 residents and reporting change in condition to physicians. Utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR) Communicating effectively to team, residents and families. Building strong relationships.
