Community Engagement Manager

Job Description

We are expanding and searching for a Community Engagement Manager who can interview, recruit, train, and lead a high-performing canvassing team.

This position plays a critical role in driving company growth by ensuring consistent lead generation and team productivity throughout assigned neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities

Interview and hire canvassing representatives
Train new hires and develop existing team members
Manage daily canvassing operations
Assign territories and oversee route execution
Track performance metrics and implement improvement plans
Lead by example through hands-on coaching

Requirements

Previous canvassing management experience required
Home improvement industry background preferred
Experience scaling and managing field teams
Strong leadership and accountability skills

Earnings

$100,000 - $175,000 annually
Salary plus performance commissions
