North American Transport Services (NATS) is expanding our Indianapolis fleet and hiring experienced CDL-A OTR drivers.

Your Pay - Transparent, Every Week

• Guaranteed $1,960 weekly minimum - that is $101,920 per year , guaranteed
• Top drivers earn $2,400-$2,720+ per week - $124,800-$141,440 per year
• $0.70 CPM base + up to $0.15 CPM performance bonus = up to $0.85 CPM effective
• $1,000 sign-on bonus
• 2,800 guaranteed miles every week (drivers average 3,000-3,300)
• Weekly direct deposit every Friday
• $700 driver referral bonus
• Per diem program available

What We Need From You

• Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A)
• Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
• Clean MVR
