Senior Facilities Management Specialist

Job Overview Senior Facilities Management Specialist – Enterprise Services Role: Support the Facilities Manager in monitoring, operating, and coordinating day‑to‑day facilities operations for the Jersey City office, with occasional workdays in Manhattan. Key Responsibilities Support strategic planning and data management: maintain accurate floorplans, occupancy data, and greenhouse gas (GHG) emission tracking; collaborate with BBH global facilities and office managers. Collaborate with BBH systems teams to troubleshoot and upgrade Building Management System (BMS) and related software to ensure security and reliability. Conduct daily walkthroughs to verify safe, efficient operations; address issues promptly. Manage vendor relationships: coordinate performance, ensure compliance with service agreements, oversee onboarding, and maintain documentation. Track and resolve service requests through the company’s platform with accurate documentation. Coordinate departmental relocations and employee space arrangements; maintain site documentation and internal webpages. Assist the Facilities Manager with general preventive maintenance, controls, and support services required by Enterprise Services. Qualifications 2–4 years of professional facilities management experience. BA/BS degree or equivalent. Strong vendor management, compliance, and leadership skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Demonstrated project management and cross‑functional initiative experience. Familiarity with sustainability reporting and GHG tracking a plus. Proficiency in space management, HVAC, and building management systems. Ability to work outside standard business hours and occasional weekends. Physical requirement: able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Location & Compensation In‑office: Jersey City, NJ (5 days a week, occasional days in Manhattan).
