Manager of Payment Services

Required Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in Payment Services within a financial institution 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and payment operations Strong knowledge of ACH, wires, card services, fraud controls, and payment regulations Experience leading payment modernization or digital transformation initiatives Familiarity with real-time payments, ISO 20022, tokenization, and API-based architecture preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required Strong communication, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential information with discretion Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide payments strategy, innovation, and modernization initiatives Oversee payment operations including ACH, wires, card services, ATMs, and emerging payment technologies Partner with executive leadership on digital initiatives, operational strategy, and member/customer experience Manage key payment network, processor, and vendor relationships Establish governance, risk management, fraud prevention, and compliance oversight across payment functions Drive operational excellence through KPIs, reporting, and process improvements Evaluate and implement new payment technologies and industry best practices Why choose Addison Group?
