Key Responsibilities Supervise the daily operations of restaurants, bars, and catering services. Train, schedule, and manage food and beverage staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service. Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and ensure proper storage of food and beverages. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation in all F&B areas. Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and effectively. Assist with menu planning, promotions, and special events as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus. 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage service role, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing on-site supervision with remote administrative tasks.
