Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)We're looking for compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) who are dedicated to supporting the emotional and mental well-being of individuals and families across all stages of life. In this role, you'll provide psychosocial assessments, individual and group counseling, case management, and therapeutic interventions in an outpatient clinic setting. You'll work with patients experiencing a wide range of behavioral health concerns, including stress management, substance use-related issues, family and relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and mental health conditions.This role requires strong clinical judgment, empathy, flexibility, and the ability to maintain composure during complex or crisis situations.
