Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of an RN
- Perform routine nursing tasks including medication administration and monitoring of vital signs
- Assess residents’ conditions, document findings, and report changes promptly to the nursing team
- Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient safety, comfort, and dignity
- Participate in care planning, care conferences, and effective handoffs to interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements
- Active LPN license in the United States
- Ability to fulfill a 36-hour-per-week schedule on a 12-week assignment
- Comfort working night shifts (3x12) in a skilled/nursing care setting
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environments preferred
- Local candidates preferred due to assignment constraints
