Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their insurance and financial service needs.
• Assist in building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple insurance product lines.
• Support daily office operations including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives to raise community awareness of our agency’s services.
• Maintain accurate records and consistently deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications
