Sr. Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

We’re working on a new opportunity for a Sr. Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support the legal and transactional execution of the company's industrial real estate investment platform. This is an important role within company’s transaction team, working closely with the Managing Director, Real Estate Counsel, along with the Acquisitions, Asset Management, Finance/Accounting teams, and outside counsel to coordinate and execute commercial real estate transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing and help support ongoing operations and leasing efforts. The successful candidate will bring strong commercial real estate experience, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, clear and effective written and oral communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced investment environment. This is an opportunity for a paralegal who wants to be deeply involved in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions and become an integral part of an established real estate investment platform. Key responsibilities include Transaction Support Closing & post-closing Internal & External Coordination Preferred Qualifications Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with industrial commercial real estate. Notary public certification is a plus. Familiarity with entity formation, organizational documents, UCC filings, and real estate financing transactions. Experience working with electronic transaction management and document management systems.
