Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients in accordance with prescribed treatment plans
• Maintain a patient caseload ratio of approximately 20 patients per Radiation Therapist
• Operate and monitor radiation therapy equipment to ensure safe and accurate treatment delivery
• Document patient treatment records and report any changes in patient condition to the appropriate clinical team
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team within a pediatric hospital setting

Required Qualifications

• Valid Texas Radiation Therapist license (compact license must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience
• Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify under travel guidelines
• No on-call, weekend, or block schedule requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a pediatric or trauma center environment
• Familiarity with travel contract compliance requirements and scheduling flexibility
