Via Seating is hiring an Experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our Sales team!!

Via Seating is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist with a strong background supporting customers, sales teams, dealers, distributors, or business-to-business accounts. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for customer requests, provide accurate product and order information, coordinate solutions across internal departments, support sales activities, and proactively resolve questions or concerns.

Qualified candidates should have at least three years of related customer service, account support, order management, or inside sales experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, confident managing multiple priorities, and skilled at problem-solving, communication, and follow-through. Experience working with orders, product information, pricing, quoting, distribution, manufacturing, or sales representatives is preferred; commercial furniture experience is a plus but not required.

Via's Customer Service Specialist position is an in-person, non-safety sensitive position. The opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity may be considered after completion of training.

Pay Range is $22.00 - $25.00/hourly to start DOE.
