Your Responsibilities What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and complex clinical lab testschemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreadhering to established protocols with precision.
• Review test results meticulously for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples for accurate testing as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all lab procedures, mentor incoming staff or students, and uphold rigorous lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

What You'll Need

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, paired with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification during your tenure.
