Residex is scaling fast—more campaigns, more pipeline, more acquisitions, more people asking “what does the data actually say?” The Revenue Operations Analyst, Data & Reporting exists to make sure there’s one clean, trustworthy answer to that question, owning the health of Residex’s marketing and sales data, managing inbound reporting requests, and ensuring the business works off the same accurate numbers.

Responsibilities include

Clean, dedupe, and standardize marketing and sales data before it enters HubSpot, and manage list imports with consistent field mapping, naming conventions, and taxonomy—catching quality issues on a recurring cadence, not just at import time.

• Serve as the intake point for reporting requests from Marketing, Sales, Rev Ops, and Finance—triaging and prioritizing them and maintaining a lightweight tracking process (e.g., in Monday.com) so nothing gets lost.
• Own the accuracy and consistency of core reporting definitions (e.g., how a lead, MQL, or pipeline stage is counted) across HubSpot, NetSuite, and Excel, flagging and resolving discrepancies before they reach leadership.
• Pull, reconcile, and present data across systems to support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, building clean, dynamic Excel models—separated inputs/assumptions, no hard-coded values—that others can trust, and supporting ad hoc analysis requests as they come up.
• Maintain documentation of data definitions, report logic, and known limitations so reporting doesn’t rely on tribal knowledge.
• Use AI tools to speed up data cleaning, deduplication, and report generation, and bring ideas for where automation could remove manual reporting work going forward.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing (or recently completed) an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics or a related field; advanced coursework in analytics preferred. 
• Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and building clean, well-structured workbooks.
• High attention to detail—comfortable being the person who catches the error everyone else missed.
• Strong written and verbal communication—able to explain what a number means, not just report it.

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior exposure to HubSpot or another CRM.
• Prior exposure to an ERP system (NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, or similar).
• Basic SQL.
• Prior internship or coursework in data analytics, business operations, or revenue operations.
