Poultry Processing Worker

Job Position: Poultry Processing Worker
Location: Elkton, MD 21921 Pay Rate: $16.00/hr Shift: 1st Shift Description: Job Summary: General Labor Services is seeking reliable and hardworking Poultry Processing Workers to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assist in processing, packaging, inspecting, and handling poultry products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following company safety and food quality standards. Responsibilities:Operate on the poultry processing production line
Inspect chicken products for quality and safety
Cut, trim, debone, sort, or package poultry products
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
Follow all food safety, USDA, and company regulations
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Safely operate processing tools and equipment
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors
Assist with loading, labeling, and packaging products Qualifications:
Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs. as needed
Comfortable working in cold or refrigerated environments
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies
