Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping Support Assist the head bookkeeper with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks Maintain accurate financial records and ensure entries are up to date Support month-end and year-end closing processes Financial Administration Process invoices, payments, and expense tracking Reconcile accounts and flag discrepancies for review Assist with financial reporting and documentation as needed Qualifications Minimum 1 year of in-office accounting or bookkeeping experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Proficiency with accounting software and standard office tools Benefits 401K provided #J-18808-Ljbffr First Roles
