Responsibilities Create a warm and welcoming environment for members and visitors. Process payments and maintain balanced cash drawer and receipting according to procedures. Inform supervisor and co-workers of any dilemmas, concerns, and updates. Data entry and record maintenance for new members, renewals, program participants and guests. Maintenance of all member resource information at front desk. Keep front desk and lobby area neat, clean and professional. Qualifications At least 16 years of age. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality. Organized and able to follow directions. Ability to perform multiple tasks in diverse situations successfully. Computer and keyboarding experience. Superior communication skills and phone etiquette.
