Head of Technical Customer Service & Service Processes – Car Subscription B2B (m/f/d) As Head of Technical Customer Service & Service Processes (m/f/d), you will play an active role in shaping the future of our customer service. Your focus will be on the strategic development and optimization of our service processes. You will use innovative technologies to reduce the workload, ensure high productivity and strengthen cooperation with external service providers in order to offer our customers the best possible support at all times. This position is based at our company headquarters in Gyhum/ Bockel and is full-time (40 hours) and permanent. Home office is possible up to 3 days/week.
