Key responsibilities for the Managing Director include assessing and enhancing HR policies, serving as the go-to authority on employment law, and handling complex employee relations matters. The role also involves partnering with the learning and development team to shape a talent management program, developing a performance management strategy, and guiding the executive team on organizational design and talent strategy. The candidate should have at least 10 years' of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in financial services or wealth management being a plus.
