Job Summary:
The nursing professional specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) is responsible for providing comprehensive obstetric care at the specified location in Tracy, California. This role requires candidates to bring their California Registered Nurse (RN) license on the first day. The position involves supporting women through childbirth processes, monitoring fetal and maternal status, and conducting various relevant procedures to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.

Job Details:

• Location: Tracy, California
• Shift Hours: 12-hour night shifts
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Start Date: 07/06/2026
• Required Qualifications: California RN license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program - provider), AWHONN Advanced (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses), minimum of 2 years of obstetrical experience, Epic charting experience preferred, COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge nurse experience, Epic EHR experience.
• Additional Information: Requires being available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing, Nursys verification within the last 2 weeks with a valid state license, submission of a copy of certifications, and two references obtained within the last year. Health and safety policies must be adhered to, including background checks, work history verification, and vaccination requirements. Locals are accepted at a lower pay band.
