We are hiring an experienced Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations. This role is responsible for safely operating a stand-up reach truck to move, stage, and store product in racking, while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and a clean/safe work area. Responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations. This role is responsible for safely operating a stand-up reach truck to move, stage, and store product in racking, while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and a clean/safe work area. Responsibilities
- Operate a stand-up reach forklift to put away and pull product from racking
- Pick, stage, and move pallets for shipping/receiving and production support
- Work from pick lists/RF scanner (if applicable) and verify item counts/locations
- Perform daily equipment inspection and report issues or damage immediately
- Follow all warehouse safety rules (speed limits, horn use, pedestrian awareness)
- Wrap/label pallets, maintain accurate inventory locations, and assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean work area (5S/housekeeping) Requirements
- Recent experience operating a stand-up reach (typically 6+ months; adjust as needed)
- Comfortable working at heights in racking and in narrow aisles
- Ability to lift up to __ lbs and perform repetitive bending/standing
- Basic math and ability to read labels and location codes
- Strong safety mindset and reliable attendance
- Forklift certification (company will verify/test)
- RF scanner
- Experience with shipping/receiving, inventory, or order picking Safety & Screening
- PPE required (steel toe shoes, safety vest, etc.)
- May require forklift skills test and/or background/drug screen per site policy
