Instructional Designer II

To enhance employee capabilities and productivity, the full-time remote Instructional Designer II will design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning and training solutions, collaborating with subject matter experts to create effective learning content and strategies. Key responsibilities Creates learning content and assessments aligned with organizational goals Consults with stakeholders to develop instructional objectives and customized learning solutions Stays updated on emerging trends in learning methods and incorporates best practices in adult learning Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design Technology, or related field, or 8 years equivalent experience Five or more years of experience in an educational or business environment Three or more years of experience in assessing, designing, and implementing learning solutions Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Proficiency in at least one authoring/development tool, such as Storyline Virtual Vocations Inc
