Education and Experience POSITION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma/GED, supplemented by technical or college course work training in a trade. Background with working at a hotel/resort or related is preferred 2 years of journey-level work in facilities, plant construction, plant operations, or maintenance and repair; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Licensed in a trade preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) What are we looking for? Required: Must have a valid driver’s license, motor vehicle background check will be completed. Skills and Abilities Fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks Initiative in job performance, including anticipating needs Works well in stressful, fast-paced environments Maintains composure and objectivity under pressure Effective listening and ability to clarify concerns Ability to work independently Physical/Mental Requirements Engineers work in fast paced environments. This job may require you to stand for long hours. Work is subject to exposure to extreme weather conditions, hazardous chemicals, electrical currents, gases, dust, and noxious odors.
