Compensation & Benefits
• For FT hours (4 days per week, rotating half-day Saturday) up to $150,000 + base
• Monthly production bonuses + bonus package at signing
• PTO, CE allowance + CE days, license & dues covered
• 401(k) with match, full benefits, health, dental, vision, STD, LTD, etc.
• No after-hours or on-call-ever
