Position Summary The Event Account Representative will help coordinate customer and account needs connected to promotional events. This position combines event support with relationship management and requires strong organization, communication, and follow-through. Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for assigned event-related accounts and requests Coordinate event details, schedules, materials, and customer needs Communicate event information and promotional details clearly Follow up on account questions and event-related requests Assist with event preparation, setup, and customer engagement Maintain organized records of account and event activities Gather feedback from customers and event participants Work with team members to help ensure events run smoothly and professionally Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and organizational skills Professional and customer-focused approach Comfortable coordinating multiple tasks and deadlines Ability to build positive working relationships Previous experience in events, customer service, account support, retail, or promotions is a plu #J-18808-Ljbffr Lorygen Group
