What You Will Do

• Conduct standard and advanced clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyfollowing established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in collecting specimens and preparing samples for analysis as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, train new staff or students, and ensure lab quality standards are consistently met.
• Ensure a clean and safe workspace while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout employment.
