Our organization is currently in search of a full-time Board Certified or Eligible Primary Care Physician to join us at the Sisters Health Center - D'Youville HUB in Buffalo, NY.

We are a multispecialty physician group affiliated with a prominent healthcare system, offering outpatient services across the Buffalo-Niagara Region. With robust support from a dedicated team and ancillary services within a four-hospital integrated healthcare framework, we maintain a strong multi-specialty presence in Western New York.

Key Features:

• Full-time position
• Annual salary starting at $285,000, plus productivity incentives

Key Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Must possess a current, unrestricted New York State medical license or have licensure in progress, active by the date of hire
• Must have current, unrestricted federal and, if necessary, state prescriptive authority
