Channel Marketing Director

Leading regional marketing initiatives, the full-time Head of Channel Marketing will drive business growth through partner ecosystems and demand generation while managing a team of three in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Serve as the strategic marketing partner to the Country Manager, aligning marketing investments with regional business goals Define and lead the regional marketing strategy, guiding the Channel Marketing team in executing annual territory plans Oversee regional lead generation and pipeline performance, ensuring effective lead management and distribution to partners Required qualifications 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B Tech, SaaS, or UCaaS, with 3-5 years in a leadership role Deep understanding of indirect sales models and partner enablement strategies Proven track record of hiring and mentoring high-performing marketing teams Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and optimizing lead generation funnels Deep knowledge of Salesforce/Pardot for tracking lead lifecycles and campaign attribution
