Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications: \u202f\u202f\u202f\u00a0

• Meets the qualifications as\u00a0established\u00a0by APTA\u202for other professional organization\u202f\u202f\u00a0

• Licensed to practice Physical\u202fTherapy in the current state of practice\u202f\u202f\u00a0

• Must be willing to work in home and clinic-based settings \u202f\u202f\u00a0

• Valid, unexpired Driver\u2019s License\u202fand automotive insurance\u202f\u202f\u00a0

• Experienced in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u00a0
