- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Full-time, direct hire position
- Mon-Fri schedule, day shift
- Setting: Inpatient
- Lead Physical Therapist will provide high-quality personalized carewith an average of 10-12 patients per day
- Assesses and evaluates patientsto develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with physicians.
- Guides and supports patientsthrough therapeutic activities to restore mobility, function, andindependence.
- Monitors patient progress andadjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintains accurate documentationof evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.
- Supervises Rehab Aides andcollaborates with other team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Must have active Physical Therapist License
- Previous Physical Therapist experience preferred
