Occupational Therapist

Your Role Key responsibilities include: Perform patient evaluations upon provider referral and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable long and short term goals (20%). Conduct individualized occupational therapy treatments to maximize child performance in a professional and compassionate manner (45%). Collaborate and communicate effectively with the patient care team, maintain timely and accurate documentation, and stay current with occupational therapy techniques through research and continuing education (15%). Evaluate the need for, order, and/or fabricate therapeutic equipment as indicated by patient needs (10%). Participate in staff trainings, student observations, clinical instruction of students and interns, and family training opportunities (5%). Perform other duties as assigned (5%). About You The company is looking for candidates with: Graduation from an accredited School of Occupational Therapy. Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English. Occupational Therapist License from the State of Oklahoma or proven eligibility for licensing within 3-6 months of employment with a temporary license. Pediatric experience is preferred.
