What you will be doing:

• Set up and operate folding machines (MBO, Stahl, or similar) to fold printed sheets according to job specifications.
• Produce 16s, 32s, and gatefolds.
• Inspect work for accuracy and quality throughout each run.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other bindery tasks as needed (cutting, stitching, padding, etc.).
• Follow all safety procedures and production schedules.

Experience you will need:

• Previous experience operating a folder in a printing or bindery environment preferred.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn our process and follow instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player who takes pride in their work.
