Director of Operations

A physician-owned eye care group is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee two specialty Healthcare clinics in Portland, Maine. Working closely with physician leadership, the Director will oversee daily operations, improve clinical efficiency and support the continued growth of the practice. Key Responsibilities: Oversee operations across two clinical locations and 3 Managers Lead and develop practice managers and clinical support teams Improve patient flow, scheduling, productivity and operational efficiency Monitor financial, operational and patient-experience KPIs Support budgeting, staffing and resource planning Standardize processes and workflows across both locations Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies Partner with physician owners on operational and growth initiatives Support provider recruitment, onboarding and retention Identify opportunities to increase revenue and control costs Requirements: Minimum five years' multi-site healthcare operations experience Experience within a physician-owned specialty healthcare practice Specialty Healthcare experience strongly preferred Proven experience leading clinical teams across multiple locations Strong understanding of practice operations, staffing and performance metrics Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with physician owners Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Able to work on-site in Portland, Maine, five days per week #J-18808-Ljbffr SECTR Partners
