What You'll Be Doing As a Licensed Behavior Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in improving outcomes for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your responsibilities will include: Designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs. Supervising Behavior Technicians and overseeing the implementation of behavior-analytic programs. Conducting behavioral assessments (e.g., preference assessments, functional assessments, etc.). Training caregivers and providing staff development for those pursuing BCBA certification. Monitoring client progress and ensuring services meet the highest clinical and ethical standards. Collaborating with families, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary professionals to create meaningful outcomes. Managing smaller-than-average caseloads to maintain high-quality care. What We're Looking For We’re seeking a dedicated professional with: Active BCBA or QBA certification (required). Texas LBA license (or the ability to obtain one). A Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience supervising RBTs and ABATs (preferred). Strong skills in behavior assessment, treatment planning, and leadership. A commitment to maintaining clean background/drug screenings and a valid driving record. Why Choose CBAT?
