This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work and has experience with commercial cleaning and/or floor care. Job Schedule: Monday-Friday
Responsible for cleaning restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, manufacturing floor, lobby, supply closets, labs, guard shack, fitness center.

- Routine building cleaning
- Restroom cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter
- Sanitizing surfaces
- Floor Care
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Vacuuming/Dusting
- Pass background checks and drug screening
- Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
- Wear LACOSTA Shirt, safety glasses, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety vest and long pants.
