Virginia Green is growing—and we’re looking for driven, a self-motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Coordinator

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for administrative duties supporting our inside sales team.  This is a key member of the team; by utilizing various systems and processes, they will be responsible for coordinating activities and resources to support the performance goals and KPI’s for the department.  

• The Inside Sales Coordinator will support the Sales Manager by taking on all administrative tasks related to reporting, system management, and operational efficiency.
• This role will focus on analyzing sales performance data, managing the dialer system, and handling administrative tasks like password resets and list management.
• This is a critical role to free up time for both the Sales Manager and the sales reps. 

• Prepare inside sales reports by collecting and/or summarizing data for submission to management. 
• Administer and maintain the Five9 dialer system to include management of call campaign lists, and day-to-day support. 
• Update missing/incomplete data for incoming web estimate inquiries. 
• Create campaign lists for additional services, unsold leads, and cancels 
• Perform tasks in CRM in relation to changes at the account level and workflow assignment in the Inside Sales Department. 
• Analyze call volume, sales performance, and trends to report insights to the sales manager 
• Handle elevated call logs and administrative tasks around sales assignments. 
• Collaborate with other departments and branch managers on topics related to inside sales department efforts. 
• Assist other departments as indicated by the needs of the business and perform other duties as assigned. 
• Facilitate ongoing training requirements across the Inside Sales Team as needed. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Strong organizational skills: managing deadlines, setting goals and meeting them, making schedules, and capable of remaining focused and organized in a fast-paced environment. 
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Ability to generate and analyze reports into actionable insight. Experience with SQL commands and data visualization tools a plus. 
• Ability to multitask 
• An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices 
• Highly proficient with Microsoft products (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook). 
• Ability to learn additional systems as needed. 

Education and Experience

• Minimum of a HS Diploma 
• A bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred 
• Call Center experience/knowledge preferred. 
• Experience with HubSpot and phone systems such as Five-9, CCaaS, Genesys Cloud CX, NICE CXone or equivalent. 
• Experience with CRM platforms preferred. 

Minimum Physical Requirements 

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer 
• Must be able to lift 15-20 lbs.

The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
