The Role We’re looking for a sharp, technical problem‑solver to join our Trade Operations team in Miami Beach. This is a full‑time, in‑office position supporting live trading operations for our institutional clients. You’ll be the bridge between our engineering team, broker‑dealer clients, and trading venues—monitoring systems during live market hours, troubleshooting technical issues in real‑time, and ensuring our infrastructure runs flawlessly when millions of dollars are moving through our platform. This isn’t a typical back‑office role. You’ll work directly with sophisticated trading technology, gain deep knowledge of market infrastructure, and have real responsibility from day one. What You’ll Do Trading Operations & Live Support Monitor real‑time order flow, system health, and connectivity across multiple client platforms during market hours Troubleshoot technical issues: routing errors, connectivity problems, FIX protocol issues, data feed discrepancies Coordinate with exchanges, dark pools, market makers, and clearing partners to resolve operational issues Perform end‑of‑day reconciliation, trade break resolution, and reporting Support system testing for new features, routing updates, and platform enhancements Client & Technical Support Serve as primary technical contact for institutional clients using Lynx’s platform Help broker‑dealers onboard onto our technology stack and configure their connectivity Troubleshoot client‑side integration issues (OMS/EMS connections, API implementations, custom routing logic) Translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders and business requirements for engineers Provide responsive support via phone, email, and direct communication during market hours Process & Systems Improvement Document recurring issues and develop solutions to prevent future problems Maintain operational runbooks, system documentation, and troubleshooting guides Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve platform reliability Contribute to internal tools and automation projects Participate in system health monitoring and infrastructure planning What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical field Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a systems‑oriented mindset Fast learner who can quickly absorb complex technical concepts and workflows Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Clear communicator who stays calm and effective under pressure Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment Able to work in‑person at our Miami Beach office Monday-Friday Nice to Have (Not Required) Series 7 license (we’ll sponsor this if you don’t have it—it will become a requirement) Experience troubleshooting technical systems, software, or hardware Familiarity with trading platforms (DAS, Sterling, Lightspeed, etc.) Knowledge of FIX protocol, APIs, or financial market structure Previous experience in operations, technical support, finance, or client‑facing roles Interest in fintech, trading technology, or financial markets #J-18808-Ljbffr
