Senior Pastor

Bethsaida Baptist Church, in Dublin, Georgia, is prayerfully seeking a full-time Senior Pastor to serve as the spiritual shepherd of our church family, leading under the lordship of Christ and in accordance with Scripture. 

We are looking for a man who demonstrates:

• A passion for expository, doctrinally sound preaching rooted in Scripture
• Commitment to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000
• Gift and vision for leading a congregation toward gospel-centered growth, discipleship, and meaningful community outreach
• Humility, a servant’s heart, and genuine love for Christ’s church

The Senior Pastor will provide Christ-centered leadership and vision for the church, equipping and working alongside deacons, staff, and ministry leaders as he shepherds the congregation with faithfulness, humility, and a servant’s heart.  A master’s degree in divinity or theology and 5+ years of senior pastoral experience in a Southern Baptist church are preferred. Licensed and ordained Southern Baptist ministers are encouraged to apply.
