What we're seeking:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Previous experience delivering services in a school-based setting
• Strong knowledge of K-12 student needs, including IEP participation and documentation
• Proven ability to build rapport and collaborate with students, families, and school teams virtually
• Competence with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver high-quality virtual occupational therapy to students in grades K-12
• Evaluate students’ needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records, providing progress reports and ongoing assessments
• Engage students creatively through online activities and adaptive techniques
• Fulfill contracted hours: 6-7 per week, with an additional 10 weeks of compensatory time
