Design Build Project Manager

Role: Design Build Project Manager responsible for overseeing civil and heavy/highway projects, ensuring successful project delivery from planning to completion. Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation Manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure schedule adherence Coordinate procurement, proposal development, and construction activities Perform constructability reviews and monitor project progress Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, clients, and stakeholders Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project documentation standards Conduct site inspections and oversee project team efforts Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years in Design Build projects Heavy civil construction experience preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills Ability to read drawings and specifications, work under pressure, and manage time effectively Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel #J-18808-Ljbffr val's services
