Job Description
Job Title: Interventional Radiologist

Experience: Must be Board Certified
License: Must have Active NY License
Certifications: ACLS/BLS certification required (BLS not required if ACLS is active)
Must-Have: Experience with Phillips angio suites preferred


Description:
Interventional Radiologist needed for onsite coverage only.
No remote reading required.
Start date is as soon as possible.
Shift times are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
On-call requirements are not applicable.
Average patient volume is 5 to 8 patients per day.
Procedures required include biopsy, drainage, tube placement, line placement, nephrostomies, biliary drainages, and arterial angiograms (if possible).
Imaging modalities utilized are X-rays, CT, and ultrasound.
The case mix is 60% interventional radiology and 40% diagnostic, with some diagnostic work required.
Coverage support includes other interventional radiology and diagnostic physicians.
EPIC training is required.
