Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Day Shift, Adventist Medical Group

AMG - PC Takoma Park Adventist Medical Group seeks to hire an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses within the ARNP scope of practice. Monitor course of treatment and make referrals to other health care providers as necessary. Coordinate care/case management as indicated, including collaboration with medical consultants, rehabilitation providers, attorneys, the employee’s supervisor, and the employee. Diagnose and treat non-work-related injuries and illnesses that fall under the ARNP scope of practice. Conduct fitness for duty evaluations and screenings, including modified duty and appropriate restrictions as warranted, as well as un‑work and return to work protocols. Initiate therapy when indicated. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Master’s degree and postgraduate training in a clinical specialty. 2 years’ clinical experience strongly preferred. Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) and state authority for advanced practice. Current Maryland license from the Board of Nursing. Maintain eligibility to participate in the Medicare Program. Work Schedule Employment Type: Full Time Hours per Week: 40 hours Typical Daily Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (4 days a week) and 12:00 PM–8:00 PM (1 day a week) Shift Type: Day Shift Pay Range: $96,058.56 – $145,995.20 Benefits Work life balance through non‑rotating shifts.
