Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Pizza Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients according to recipes and standards.
• Stretch, assemble, and bake pizzas accurately and efficiently.
• Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep areas, and workstations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and notify management of shortages.
• Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members during busy service periods.
• Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Pizza Maker or Cook preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
