JOIN OUR TEAM AND EXPERIENCE ENDLESS CAREER POSSIBILITIESIF YOU ARE AN EXISTING TEAM MEMBER, PLEASE CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK TO BE TAKEN TO THE INTERNAL CAREER SITE: MOHEGAN INTERNAL CAREER SITEPosition Summary:This position is responsible for reconciling and securing all items maintained in assigned bank.Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:Reconciles customer accounts for issuance and redemption of markers, front money, safekeeping returns and write-offsProcesses transfers to and from the Fill and Main banks, while taking in the money from the table and bill validator dropsPrepares fills and credits for table games and processes Dealer’s tokesPrepares the daily deposit with negotiable instruments and cash and accompanies deposits for pick-upSecondary Duties and Responsibilities:Encodes markers for daily depositsRotates chips on a daily basisMinimum Education and Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentMust have previous money handling experienceCompetencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:Good written and verbal communication skillsGood organizational skillsKnowledge of all the specialized banks, front window areas and pitsTraining Requirements:Knowledge of the casino computer management systemPhysical Demands and Work Environment:Must be able to work in a smoking environmentMust be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift up to 25 lbs.Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hoursThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
