Bilingual Outreach Specialist (State Certified)

To support individuals living with serious mental illness, the part-time Bilingual Outreach Specialist (State Certified) will perform telephonic outreach, connect clients to local care teams, and facilitate ongoing engagement in supportive services. Key responsibilities Perform initial and ongoing telephonic outreach to individuals and community providers Schedule appointments and support individuals in understanding their health needs and the care model Document encounters and participate in case reviews and team collaboration Required qualifications Lived experience with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorder and recovery State Peer Recovery certification or eligibility to obtain certification within six months of employment Bilingual in Spanish/English Demonstrated mastery with technical tools like smartphones and messaging services Openness to receiving feedback and commitment to professional growth
