Bigfoot Roofing & Construction is hiring energetic Entry Level Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

This is an active, field-based position with flexible scheduling. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working independently, and being rewarded for their effort and results.

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be one of the first points of contact with homeowners in local neighborhoods. You'll introduce Bigfoot Roofing & Construction, start conversations about roofing needs, and schedule free roof inspections for our experienced sales team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods

• Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations about their roofing needs

• Schedule free roof inspections and consultations

• Educate homeowners about storm damage, aging roofs, and available roofing solutions

• Support experienced sales representatives by generating qualified appointments

• Distribute marketing materials and promote Bigfoot Roofing & Construction's services

• Track daily activity and appointments using simple reporting tools

• Represent Bigfoot professionally within the community

• Develop valuable communication, networking, and sales skills

• Work toward opportunities for advancement within the company

Flexible Schedule

• Four-hour afternoon and/or evening shifts

• Required four-hour shift every Saturday

• Flexible weekday scheduling

Paid Training

We want to give you the tools and confidence to succeed.

• Six-week paid training program

• Earn $500 per week during training
  
  
• Hands-on coaching and mentorship

• Training in communication, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales

• Ongoing professional development and support

Compensation

• Earn $500 per week for your first six weeks of training
  
  
• After successfully completing training, transition to a 100% commission-based compensation plan
  
  
• Uncapped earning potential
