We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Gynecology Physician to join our team starting mid-July. The successful candidate will support our multidisciplinary team in providing exceptional care for adult patients with gynecologic oncology needs. This position involves working one week per month, with some specific dates requiring a three-week coverage period from September 19 to October 9. The shift is structured as a daytime schedule from 07:00 to 17:00, primarily working in the office or operating room, with after-hours call coverage handled by advanced practice providers (APPs). Responsibilities include supporting staff including 2 medical assistants and 3 APPs, managing an average of 15-20 patients per day in the office, and assisting with surgical cases as needed. The department consists of 1 surgeon and 3 APPs, operating within an academic hospital setting with residents on rotation. The practice setting includes outpatient clinics, ambulatory surgery center, and hospital coverage, utilizing the EPIC EMR system.

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Gynecologic Oncology
• PA license or IMLC license required
• DEA certification required
• Credentialing timeframe: temps available with a clean file
• Support staff includes 2 MAs and 3 APPs
• Covering adult patients aged over 18
