At SAGE In-Home Memory Care, we specialize in personalized dementia care, providing compassionate, in-home support that transforms lives. We're seeking CNAs who are skilled, empathetic, and committed to making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and support to clients with Alzheimer's, dementia and other cognitive impairments
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and cognitive engagement
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comforting environment

Qualifications

• Active CNA license
• Experience in memory care, dementia care, or elder care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and proactive
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
